The Problem
The client needed a single super-app that handled both ride-hailing and on-demand delivery - two complex systems with different user flows, driver modes, and order logic that had to work seamlessly together.
The Solution
Built the unified platform contributing to user flows for trip requests, product ordering, and shopping cart management. Implemented shop management features including product catalog, pricing, and offers. Developed dual driver mode switching between ride and delivery to maximise driver flexibility and service coverage.
The Outcome
Live on both App Store and Google Play. Dual driver mode increased service flexibility and reduced coverage gaps during peak demand.
My Contribution
Contributed as part of the development team - responsible for user-facing flows including trip requests, product ordering, shopping cart, and the dual driver mode implementation.
