The Problem
The client had no digital ordering system - vendors and drivers were coordinated manually, creating delays, errors, and no visibility on order status for customers.
The Solution
Built a three-app ecosystem covering the full order lifecycle from browsing to doorstep delivery. Customer app for browsing and ordering, vendor app for shop and inventory management, and driver app for last-mile delivery - all interconnected with real-time sync and live order tracking.
The Outcome
35% increase in completed orders with fewer returns. Customers can track their order in real time from placement until pickup, significantly improving the post-purchase experience.
