Case Study
The Problem
The company had no mobile interface for their smart home systems - device management was entirely manual with no way to remotely monitor or control connected hardware.
The Solution
Built a Flutter app integrating MQTT protocol for real-time two-way communication with IoT devices. Users can remotely control lights, AC, fans, and other connected devices with live status updates from any location.
The Outcome
Delivered as an internal tool used for testing and demonstrating the company's smart home system capabilities to clients.
My Contribution
Sole developer - designed and built the entire app independently from concept to delivery.
